Terms and Conditions

1) IMPORTANT
In placing an order for a Tamara Fogle product through this
web-site, it is agreed that these terms and conditions have been
read and accepted.
2) DELIVERY
Purchases (that are in stock) will be sent on a next day service
within 2-6 days of placing the order (either by Royal mail or by
courier), once full payment has been received and cleared.
Deliveries will always require a signature. If a purchase is
required urgently, and the goods are in stock, it is always worth
contacting us to see if the product can be sent out sooner.
3) RETURNS POLICY
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product for
exchange or refund (minus original postage and handling cost), as
long as goods are in original, unused condition and are accompanied
by the receipt. Please contact us at tamarafogle@gmail.com,
explaining your reason for returning, and we will authorize the
exchange or refund. Goods returned without prior authorization will
not be accepted.
Items returned must be traceable and must require a signature upon
delivery (e.g. Special delivery or courier)

We cannot accept returns for items purchased at locations other than
this site, for example those purchased at a retail stockist or at an
online retailer.
There is no refund or exchange on sale items.
4) COLOUR ACCURACY
Please note that there may be slight differences in colour due to
variations in computer screens, printers and inks. We have done our
best to ensure that what is viewed on screen is an accurate
representation of the actual product.
5) NATURE OF GOODS
All of the goods which we sell are hand-made and consequently small
variations may occur from time to time. Unique marks and scars are
characteristic of the natural leather used, and are not faults but
an intrinsic part of the nature of the goods and must be accepted as
